Alice Crisci is Co-Founder and CEO of Ovum Health, a multi-state telehealth company that transforms pre-pregnancy health for men and women. As an early adopter and innovator of AI, she’s prevented tens of millions of dollars in hard costs, scaled operations and clinical time, and deployed novel systems
of intelligence into multi-billion dollar health care organizations, all through the lens of “Human enablement and the most ethical use of AI in healthcare.”
Ms. Crisci raised more than $8M to build the first patient engagement platform in fertility, patent the only non-invasive method to measure AMH, launch the first DTC cardiometabolic genetic test for reproductive health, and launch 20 telehealth clinics all in the span of eight years. The platform, FertilityAnswers, amassed more than 100,000 highly engaged participants across the globe. The brand garnered 250M video views, 50 strategic partnerships and placed thousands of women into research projects. She was the host of the popular Instagram Live Series: Fertility Tip Tuesday that garnered tens of thousands of followers and over 100M video views.

She also founded the oncofertility charity, Fertile Action, three weeks into her breast cancer diagnosis at 31-years-old. She built a reduced fee network of fertility specialists to offer egg freezing at 75% off retail prices. She co-authored the first fertility preservation bill in the country, which became model legislation in 14 states. She produced an online oncofertility, video education course for oncology professionals, clinically validated through UCLA and is distributed in 200 countries. She also published her first book, “Too Young for This,” a few days before her double mastectomy. She successfully changed dozens of healthcare and family laws as the first lobbyist in the US representing sperm banks.

Ms. Crisci also co-built a revenue acceleration consulting firm in her 20’s that sold to the oldest direct selling company in the nation. She has guest lectured at UCLA Extension’s Entrepreneurship program, USC, UC Davis and Boise State University on topics running from “The Ethical Use of AI in Healthcare,” to “Accelerating Growth in a Biotech Startup.” Ms. Crisci has been featured in major publications across the world and on national television shows like The Doctors and The Today Show.
