Dr Dalal Abu Al-Rob, RN, is a seasoned regional and international expert in healthcare risk management, governance, institutional excellence, quality, and accreditation, with more than 26 years of consulting and practical experience in health systems development across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Her work has included projects in countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Palestine, the UAE, Türkiye, Cyprus, Greece, Brazil, and the United States.

She holds a PhD in Management from the International American University, an MSc in Health Services Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and a BSc in Nursing from the University of Jordan.

Dr Abu Al-Rob’s professional credentials include Certified Healthcare Risk Manager (HCRM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), ISQua Certified Surveyor, Temos Certified Assessor, EFQM Certified Assessor, HCAC Certified Surveyor & Consultant, Certified Breast Imaging Surveyor, and Certified Primary Healthcare Surveyor. She is additionally trained in Lean approaches to quality improvement and holds further advanced qualifications in healthcare quality and leadership (HCQP, HCEL).
