Julie Morgan MSc, RGN, APM (PFQ), is a consultant nurse and experienced assisted reproduction (ART) practitioner with a strong background in the clinical, operational, and human resource management of IVF clinics and global healthcare services. Her work is driven by a commitment to developing culturally responsive and locally appropriate solutions in ART, aligned with both international and national standards.

In her current role in ART research and development, Julie focuses on integrating digital innovations to enhance the quality, accessibility, and equity of fertility care—for both patients and care teams.

She also contributes her expertise as a member of the Scientific Committee of the European Fertility Society, helping to shape the future of fertility care across Europe and beyond.
