Katie Rollings is the CEO and Founder of Fertility Action Network, a UK-based organisation dedicated to enhancing fertility education, mental health support, and equalising access to fertility treatments. Shaped by her own challenging journey through infertility and IVF, Katie passionately believes that we need to eliminate the postcode lottery in fertility care, ensuring everyone has access to the treatment and support they need, regardless of your address, sexuality, partnership status or level of income.
In addition to her work at Fertility Action Network, Katie co-founded Fertility Access UK, advocating for equitable IVF access and raising awareness around male subfertility. She recently launched this campaign in Parliament with MP Andrew Griffith to push for nationwide access to IVF and improved diagnosis for male subfertility within primary care.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, tourism and pharmaceutical sectors, she is using her extensive and varied personal and professional experience to her advantage, investing her 15 years of business growth experience leading a Sussex-based visitor attraction, into starting and growing these new ventures.
Katie’s heart will forever be invested into her mission to improve the fertility journey for everyone, offering the much-needed support and resources for those trying to build families, and amplifying the voice of the patient.
