The European Fertility Society is glad to announce that Lynda Mikalauskas, RN, BScN, MBA, CPHQ, has joined the EFS Certification Committee as the Vice Chairwoman.
Lynda, also known as “Miki”, brings vast global experience of over 30 years as an executive healthcare administrator and consultant in private and public international organizations.
Miki has served as corporate Director for Licensing and Accreditation as well as for Patient Safety and Clinical Standards and had the opportunity to be the Nurse Executive for several CSuite teams throughout her career. In fact, in 2012, Miki received the Circle of Excellence – Best Nurse Executive of the Year Award by SEHA, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Her comprehensive knowledge and exposure to transforming underperforming clinical teams, resolving long-standing problems, and identifying new protocols bring indisposable value to the development and execution of the EFS Certification Program.
