The European Fertility Society is proud to announce that on 1st of August 2021 Mariya Osnovina joined the Committee of National Representatives. As Country Development Officer she is responsible for the development of the EFS activities in Ukraine and representing the EFS to organizations, government bodies, media, potential members and sponsors.

Mariya Osnovina is an independent IVF business and marketing consultant, founder of IVF Unique – niche marketing agency, which specializes in promotion and business development of fertility clinics, egg banks, and cryo logistics companies. Member of ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology), CFAS (Canadian Fertility&Andrology Society ), UARM (Ukrainian Association of Reproductive Medicine).

With over 7 years’ experience in IVF, Mariya successfully launched several international fertility projects such as: Ovoria Egg Bank, First Egg Bank, Intersono IVF clinic, ArkCryo, Forsa Fertility.

Her professional career related to IVF has begun at Medicover Ukraine, which is the part of Medicover Group, leading international healthcare provider, established in 1995 (Poland).

Mariya’s commitment is to take part in the creation of fertility treatment-oriented companies, which help couples struggling with infertility from all over the world. All the projects were created taking into account the ethical corporate background, correspondence with national and worldwide ART regulations, ISO standards, high services standards in communication with patients, and elaboration of clear services policy.

While taking part in international ART conferences (Italy, USA, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland) and multiple fairs Mariya networked with the leading fertility professionals and devoted special attention to the aspects of communication with infertile couples and providing best advice concerning the type of treatment and matching up the facility, which can provide it.
