The Society is a not-for-profit community platform to support the care of fertility patients. Through global collaboration, the Society’s aim is to improve patient care and ensure equal access to professional human reproduction services.

In the spirit of community, protecting your privacy is important to the Society. We assure you any personal data you share with us when communicating with us will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice. What data we collect

When communicating with us we will only ask for information that is relevant to our engagement with you. While we support the health and wellbeing of individuals, we do not encourage people to provide us with health information (special category data). We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Business to Business.
    Name, contact details and business-related detail in order to process your membership application.
  • Consumer.
    Name & Contact details, with a free-form section for completion.

How & why we collect your data

All data we process is provided directly by you through our ‘Contact Us’ or “Membership registration” forms. We use this to respond to your requested action or process your membership application. If you are not in active communication with us, we will retain your data for no longer than 12 months on our secure server.
