Tracey Sainsbury is an experienced fertility counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the emotional and practical complexities of fertility challenges. With empathy and insight, she helps people explore their family-building options with clarity and compassion.

Tracey is an advisory board member of the Fertility Alliance and part of the expert panel at Femme Health, where she advocates for holistic, person-centred approaches to women’s health and fertility care. Her work in these roles reflects her ongoing commitment to improving access to high-quality support for all those on a fertility journey.

In addition to her counselling work, Tracey is a respected trainer for the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), where she helps shape the next generation of fertility and relationship professionals.

She is also the co-author of Making a Baby, written in collaboration with author Sarah Rayner. The book offers practical guidance, emotional support, and expert insights, making it a valuable resource for anyone experiencing or considering fertility treatment.
