Karin is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience as a clinical coordinator of IVF programs.

She completed a PhD in 2006 and is now a Senior Research Fellow at Monash University and Senior Research Officer at the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority in Melbourne Australia.

Research shows that patients value patient-centred care and that it reduces the psychological burden of infertility treatment. This webinar explores the evidence of how patient-centered care benefits patients, clinic staff and the clinic’s bottom line.
